Navy Wounded Warrior can connect wounded warriors and their families or caregivers with appropriate Navy Legal Services Command attorneys for advice and mentorship on a range of legal issues.
The Navy attorneys can explain and provide advice on issues related to:
- VA and naval policies, procedures and benefits
- Administration
- Reserve affairs
- Medical Evaluation Board/Physical Evaluation Board processes
Navy attorneys can also help family members of catastrophically wounded warriors determine if guardianship options should be considered.
