Call Center
The Navy Wounded Warrior call center connects Sailors and Coast Guardsmen who have been seriously wounded, ill, or injured after Sept. 11, 2001, with the program's services and, in many cases, initiates the referral process for potential enrollment. The call center is based in Millington, Tenn., and staffed by highly trained, HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)- certified representatives.
Sailors and Coast Guardsmen may self-refer to Navy Wounded Warrior or be referred by a family member, command leadership, or medical team.
In addition to receiving inbound calls, representatives make outbound calls to Navy Wounded Warrior enrollees. They provide wounded warriors with critical information about benefits, transition support, and adaptive athletics opportunities. and more.
